Oftentimes, family and friends come to me for a quick legal opinion on just about anything, like how to set up a corporation, or how to file a trademark applications, or what they can do in case there is a threat of litigation. This gave me the idea of putting up a blog that will help people with none or very limited knowledge of the law and those who are hesitant to consult lawyers in person. Hopefully, this blog will address the concerns of people who come to this site for a quick legal advice.
